The People
The Board is made up of 12 members from across Atlantic Canada, with two members from each province: Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island.
The Board includes designated seats for Indigenous, Francophone, transgender, racialized, youth, and newcomer communities. Members bring a wide range of lived experience, including different genders, sexual orientations, cultural backgrounds, abilities, ages, and business and community leadership experience.
This inaugural Board reflects the diversity of queer communities across the region and to guide the organization with strong community connection, care, and accountability.
